Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By using Aura Glossy you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be at least 13 years old.

2. The service

Aura Glossy is an editorial fashion-discovery platform. We curate aesthetic worlds, outfits, and shoppable looks across third-party retailers. The service includes (without limitation): the homepage, aesthetic pages, style quiz, moodboard, Aura Daily, Aura Notes, and LORA — your personal glow-up assistant (early access). The former Community circles feature is no longer an active part of the public site; content rules for it remain in §4 while past posts stay stored.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account. Use a real email, keep your password secure, and tell us if your account has been compromised. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content rules

These rules applied to the former Community feature (whose posts remain stored) and apply to anything you post or share on Aura now or in future features:

• Be kind. No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or targeted abuse.
• No nudity, sexual content, or content that sexualises minors.
• No spam, scams, or impersonation.
• No copyrighted material you don't have rights to share. If you paste an image URL, make sure you have permission or the URL points to a public-use source.
• Don't promote competing platforms or services.

We may remove content or accounts that break these rules without prior notice. If you see a problem, email auraglossy.support@gmail.com.

5. User content

You own what you post. By posting, you grant Aura Glossy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display your content within the platform. You can delete your content at any time and the licence ends.

6. Third-party retailer links — important

Aura Glossy is a curation layer. The clothes, bags, shoes, hijabs, and accessories shown in our outfit images and hotspots are not manufactured, sold, fulfilled, or warranted by Aura Glossy. When you tap a "Shop now" link you leave Aura Glossy and enter a third-party retailer's website. That retailer's prices, availability, sizing, shipping, returns, customer service, and privacy policy apply.

We make a good-faith effort to match each hotspot to a believable equivalent on a real retailer, but:

• Stock changes daily — a result that was perfect yesterday may be sold out today.
• Search results on retailer sites depend on the retailer's own algorithm.
• We are not responsible for any purchase, refund, return, defect, or shipping issue with a retailer.

7. AI stylist

The AI stylist offers style suggestions for entertainment and inspiration only. It is not personalised professional fashion advice. Use your own judgement and body comfort when shopping.

8. Intellectual property

The Aura Glossy name, logo, design system, copy, and curated editorial work are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute the platform for commercial purposes without our permission. Personal use (sharing a link to a style page) is fine.

9. No warranty

Aura Glossy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the site fast, accurate, and accessible — but we don't guarantee uptime or that every link will always work.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Glossy and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll update the date at the top and, if you have an account, send you an email summarising the change. Continued use of Aura Glossy after the update means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved by email will be subject to the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
